Antique Surveyor’s Brass Pocket Inclinometer Gauge with Embossed Leather Case

Offered for sale is an antique brass surveyor’s pocket inclinometer gauge with lovely time-worn patination.  It’s unbranded but has the feel of a quality piece, so must have been manufactured by a top English maker.  Measures 6.75 inches fully extended by 2 inches in height and its leather pouch fits it like a glove.  The leather pouch has some embossing on it, but no maker’s name that I can find.  All parts seem to move as they should, although Read More...
